ORIENTATION TOUR We conduct a visit to the main areas of the city (e.g tourist attractions, recreational areas, hospitals, supermarkets, among others). HOUSING HUNTING We find housing in accordance with the company´s policies, the expatriate´s needs, preferences, and lifestyle. We elaborate and negotiate the leasing contract and conduct the house inventory. SCHOOL HUNTING We select educational institutions based on the expatriate´s and their family´s preferences, visit different schools and/ or universities, and assist in the admission and registration process. WHERE 2GO/ WHAT 2DO We provide information regarding a selectin of activities and hobbies based on their tastes & lifestyle for leisure time, to practice with their partner or/and family. DRIVER´S LICENSE We assist them in the process of obtaining their driver´s license. INSTALLATION SERVICES We take care of obtaining basic services such as cell phones and internet, among others. BANK ACCOUNT We assist them in the process of opening a bank account. FIRST GROCERY SHOPPING We accompany them on their first grocery shopping, helping them to understand local products and find international or country specific products. MEDICAL SERVICES We recommend recognized doctors who speak various language. CAR RENTAL We connect them with leading rental agencies. FURNITURE RENTAL We connect them with major rental services and we can receive their furniture in advance of their arrival. CULTURAL TRAINING We address key cultural aspects to help them understand local expressions, avoid misunderstandings, feel secure and familiar with their new surroundings. FAMILY´S NETWORKING We recognize that the success of a relocation process is linked to the family´s adaptation to the new country. Therefore, we serve as a trusted person who will accompany the expatriate´s partner and/or family.
